All 12 missions passed and all 3 defenses passed → graduate. Each mission is a real thing you build, ship and explain, then an instructor marks it. Submitting unlocks the next one straight away, so you keep moving while instructors mark.

Missions and defenses, how they fit

A pending defense blocks nothing. Keep shipping missions while one is booked or unmarked.

Defenses run in order, unlocking about four weeks apart after Missions 4, 8, 12. Clear each one in its window instead of leaving all three to the end.

Graduating needs both: all 12 missions AND all 3 defenses passed.

    The Monday after Week 12, we run through everyone's progress. After that, stop joining or keep joining with the next batch, your call.

    Pass or not yet, you get 1 month to finish your project and pass your defenses, so you graduate alongside your batch.

  14. The finish line

    🎓 Graduation & cert-giving

    After Demo Day and your final interview, you graduate in person (or online if you can't make it). Graduation Day lands on one of our monthly event days, a Saturday, and new and old students are welcome.

    How Graduation Day works

    One Saturday, 2 hours max

    You present your project (10 minutes max, on Google Slides), then the cert-giving ceremony and a closing celebration. Once we're done, we all head into the monthly event.

    A cert, plus real proof

    You'll get your certificate (we know it matters), but the proof employers actually check is your work: 12 shipped products, live URLs, real repos, and three passed interviews.

  15. After you graduate

    🚀 This was step one. Now go from competent to sought-after.

    The 12 missions got you fundamentally competent. Step two is becoming commercially competent: an AI-native developer people fight to hire. Here's how you keep leveling up.

    Go deeper with optional missions

    Newer, advanced missions take you past the fundamentals: harnesses, AI agents, orchestration, code reviews, debugging real codebases, architecture, and more. This is what separates a junior from someone who ships like a senior.

    Beautify your projects with AI

    Your mission projects were built to nail the fundamentals, not to look pretty. Take some time to use AI to redesign and polish them into presentable, portfolio- ready work, because these are what employers see.
