Why I joined Sigmaschool
To achieve my goal of transitioning into a more tech-oriented role influencing corporate decisions surrounding tech and also advising companies on the unavoidable adoption of AI in the workplace as well the compliance laws surrounding the environment.
To be honest, the core reason is to increase my income. On top of that, I have always been a fan of technology and what drives it but only as a user. Being here at Sigmaschool, I hope to be able to change that and make a transition into tech in my career as well.

🎲 One interesting fact about me
I'm a quick learner, which is how I got to my current position in the first place. I studied Finance but managed to grow a decent career in the HR and Recruitment industry. Even then, I added operations and IT into my portfolio and helped grow my company from just SG and MY to now covering 7 countries across the APAC region. Directors value my input and the seniors respect my opinion so I'd like to think I'm doing something right at least.
